Vampire of the Week

It's monday today, and you all know what that means! (Well actually you don't since I haven't told you yet...) It's time to elect the Vampire of the Week (VoW)!

So, what does it take to be the Vampire of the Week, you might wonder.

- Well, obviously you have to be a Vampire, that's the main condition. Second of all, you have to be hot. (Hot as in good-looking that is, not warm since that's pretty hard for a vampire). And that's about it! Wasn't that complicated, was it? ;)

So today, for the world's first Vampire of the Week, I've chosen....

EDWARD CULLEN!

Edward is loved by millions of girls and women all over the world, so who could be a better choice for the very first Vampire of the Week?

Edward is one of the main characters in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Books (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn) and is also one of the main characters in the movies Twilight and New Moon (premieres November 20), based on Meyer's books. Robert Pattinson is playing Edward in the movies.

Why does Edward deserve to be the Vampire of the Week?

Well, Edward is often described as 'the most beautiful creature in the world', so he definitely fulfils the "hot" criterion. He is also very charming, protecting, and polite in an old-fashioned way. Being a Vampire makes Edward incredibly strong and fast, and he also has the ability to read minds. And Edward is a "good" vampire, he drinks blood from animals instead of humans, and wants to live in peace.
