And here's my Top Ten (Seven):
1. Bellatrix Lestrange - Harry Potter
- What a witch!
2. A - Pretty Little Liars
Truth be told, I haven't read these books. But I have seen the TV Show, and A definitely deserves to be mentioned on this list!
3. Alice - Prophecy of the Sisters
This evil twin really gave me the chills
4. Trista - Populazzi
Trista uses everyone to get what she wants. She has a well developed plan, and outsmarts everyone. Mean and smart!
5. Dolores Umbridge - Harry Potter
I really can't stand this toad!
6. Karen Sue Hanky - 1-800-Where-R-U? series
Karen Sue is such a pain in the a**! She's a Miss Goody Two-Shoes who never misses an opportunity to rat Jess out. Her behaviour really makes you want to punch her (which Jess thankfully does!)
7. Blair Waldorf - Gossip Girl
I don't think anyone has missed this Mean Girl!

Dolores and Bellatrix made my list too. These two are a dangerous combination of magic and crazy.
Bellatrix gives me creeps(most of the times if when she laughs)!

Bellatrix and Dolores really mean! And Bellatrix's laugh chills the spine!
J K Rowling certainly wrote exceptional villainous characters and I feel so inspired by that author. Bellatrix Lestrange is certainly a witch ya love to HATE. (Incredible and inspiring villainess - whose evil through and through.) Whoot.
Dolores Umbridge is someone I just really REALLY really wanted to choke and not STOP choking long after she's dead. Grrrrrr. That woman was just GROSS and evil in a mostly socially accepted creepy way. LOL
Oh, Bellatrix is the best mean girl ever! Plus, she scares the life out of me! Helena Bonham Carter does her proud.
And I hate the toad too.
