Top 3 of 2010: Best Series

1. Vampire Academy - Richelle Mead

Last Sacrifice, the final installment in the Vampire Academy series, was released in late 2010 and was a great ending to a great series! Vampire Academy features one of the strongest and toughest heroins in the YA world - Rose Hathaway. It also feautures an epic love triangle with two incredibly hot guys, mystery, action and fighting.

2. Mortal Instruments - Cassandra Clare

Mortal Instruments is full of likeable characters, fun dialogues and great mythology. Clare has created a magical fantasy world which I love to visit!

3. The Boys Next Door & Endless Summer - Jennifer Echols

If you are looking for fun beach reads, The Boys Next Door & Endless Summer are the perfect books for you! They are hilarious, flirty, sporty and summery!

3 honorable mentions:
Soul Screamers - Rachel Vincent
Morganville Vampires - Rachel Caine
Hearts at Stake - Alyxandra Harvey

This is part four of five "Top 3 of 2010" posts. The other parts are:

"The Mortal Instruments" is my most favourite book series ever! And the "Vampire Academy" series is a close second- so yay for them getting their recognition! I totally tried to read "The Boys Next Door" and it just didn't click... Maybe I will have to give it another go!

I have yet to read any of these, Sara, but I've been super curious about Vampire Academy series. I also really want to read the Mortal Instruments series. I've heard excellent things on it. And I LOVED Hearts at Stake. Definitely one of my favorites! Great list, Sara =D.
